Used Netbooks

The Mini 12 is the biggest netbook in Dell’s “Mini” range, straying into sub-notebook territory with a 12.1″ screen capable of displaying resolutions of up to 1280×800. It is powered by an Intel Atom Silverthorne processor, with a choice between the 1.33 GHz and the 1.6 GHz versions.

The Inspiron Mini 12 can be found used and refurbished with both Ubuntu Linux and Windows XP, which it is more than capable of running, with its 1Gb of RAM and hard disks ranging from 40-80Gb. Some models can be found with Bluetooth, though not all, so check if you are buying a used or refurbished Mini 12, and the same goes for the optional web camera.
